Because our koi are live animals, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is shipped.

Refunds are only provided if:

  • The koi arrives deceased and valid proof is provided within 2 hours of arrival.
  • We fail to deliver the koi as described (e.g., wrong variety or incorrect size).

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after review and approval.
